Abstract
In this paper, we study titled problem in view of examining whether the asymptotic enhancement values, reported in the literature, can be validated by the large-scale combined analytical and numerical calculations. The spherical panel is subjected concentrated random force representing, timewise, widely stationary random process. It is shown that the cross-correlations that are usually neglected in the literature have dramatic effect. © 2013 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
