Notification of Abstract Acceptance / Rejection: December 10 - 14, 2026
Electronic Poster Submission Deadline: January 17, 2027 at 23:59 / 11:59 pm
Printed Poster Drop-Off Deadline: February 23, 2027 at 16:00 / 4:00 pm
All students must include a faculty mentor/PI on the abstract submission. This mentor must review your abstract and, ultimately, your poster or oral presentation prior to submission. Please share these deadlines with your mentor. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mentor approves all of your submissions.
All abstracts must follow the template for the abstract type: Research, Quality Improvement, or Clinical Vignette. The templates are available for download below, along with the Criteria for Abstract Scoring and a copy of these instructions.
The abstract must be entered into the submission form with the section headings given in the template. You may use the template to compose your abstract, then copy and paste it (without the instructions) into the submission form.
Please note that if multiple students worked on one abstract, whoever submits the abstract will be the only one to present the poster (only one student per poster).
Students may submit as many abstracts as they wish, but a limited number will be selected to be presented at the Research & Scholarship Day. Please make sure your submissions are separate projects. We will not accept two abstracts on the same project.
December 10 - 14, 2026: Students will be notified which abstracts have been selected.
